Kennedy and Leah say the darndest things!

Tonight while Cody was bathing Kennedy he noticed that she had a big scratch on the under side of her arm. He asked her how she got it and she proceeded with this story. "Remember when Leah hit me in the head with a stool? It must have hit me in the arm too." I then said, "Don't just blame your sister." She replied, "I guess that was not a good OPPORTUNITY!"

Opportunity for what? Blaming her sister? Where is she learning words like that anyway? We had a good laugh over the whole thing.

Leah, when asked if she was going to stay in HER bed tonight replied, "Sure Daddy, for the whole rest of my life." She is two. She's already being sarcastic!

Grandpa Benny's House

This last weekend we went to see Grandpa Benny in Diamond Valley, Utah. Two weeks ago his horse had a baby. Kennedy a Leah spent every bit of their time out by the horses. Leah was especially brave. She let the horse get right up to her and gave it a kiss.

Better Late than never... Our St. Patrick's Day Feast

Our family has started a new tradition of having GREEN food for St. Patrick's Day instead of the traditional corn beef hash. We made a green loaf of bread, green jello, green lemonade, and green eggs. We called our dinner "Green Eggs and Bread". Doesn't it look appetizing?
