This day took forever to come. Leah was so excited. Her dance didn't start until 12:30 pm. But her dance clothes went on as soon as she woke up and every fifteen minutes I heard, "Mom, can we go yet?"
I know it says SHEEP FIELD. It isn't that bad. This is the creek ("crick" if you are from Utah) the we fish in every year. It is just next to the field.
Here is Elynn rolling around in sheep Poop. I prayed that she would be walking for this trip. No Luck! She didn't walk until after the trip.
Leah spent most of the time swinging from this rope. The simplest things are always the most fun. Who needs a swing set?
As started tradition we have an Hawaiian shaved ice truck come to serve us on the sheep field. Elynn had two, plus shared with Leah!!!
The past couple year we have had a pinata for the kids. According to Cody Elynn was a natural with a bat in her hand.
Our first stop this summer was at my brother Steve's house. We had a blast. We never stopped!!!
Last year when we went Leah remembered making cookies with Courtney. So, this year that's was all she looked forward to.
Aunt Karen and Elynn
My niece (Courtney) worked at a LDS church camp this summer as a counselor. She was nice enough to go up early to take us on a V.I.P. tour. We got to hike up to a beautiful meadow, go on a zip line, and do archery.
Cameron on the zip line. Can we say WEDGIE? Ouch!
On our hike Kennedy and Leah found the world's largest slug.
